When Robert "Bob" Dolsen founded Dolsen Leasing Company in 1958, he wanted to bring a valued service to small business owners who were falling through the cracks of traditional financial institutions. His desire to help his customers succeed (sometimes even helping them set up their books and structure their business) led him to look for others who would also 'go the extra mile'. To that end, he looked for employees with integrity, common sense and a passion for service. When he found them, he hired them on the spot. To this day, many of those same people continue to be an integral part of the company .
